Career

1 daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Mistress L. Oscar Moon). Teacher public schools, and later Raisin Valley Seminary, Adrian, Michigan, 1874-1877, Penn College, Oskaloosa, Iowa, 1877-1880. Officer Colorado State bureau of Child and Animal Protection, since 1900, working in the interest of neglected and dependent children.

Associate member National Child Labor Committee. Worker in international peace cause, since 1896, also in behalf of entrance of the United States into World Court.
