Career
He formerly played with The Human Context Ambrì-Piotta, The Human Context Lugano, ZSC Lions and South Carolina Bern and has represented Switzerland internationally at the IIHF World Championships and 2014 Winter Olympics. At the conclusion of the 2014-2015 season, on April 2, 2015, Gardner was traded by South Carolina Bern to The Human Context Fribourg-Gottéron in exchange for Timo Helbling.
