He plays as a forward for Barnet. As an under-13, he was 7th in his age group for the 75m hurdles, and 28th for the 60 metres. Towards the end of 2013-2014, Gondoh played twice for Carshalton Athletic in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
Gondoh joined Barnet as a second-year scholar for the 2014-2015 season, and signed a one-year professional contract in June 2015.
He was given a squad number – 23 – after impressing in 2015-2016 pre-season, and made his debut on 1 September 2015, as a 56th-minute substitute for Shaun Batt in the Football League Trophy against Yeovil Town. On 11 December 2015 he joined Hendon on loan.
He then joined Staines Town on loan on 18 February 2016, alongside team-mate Harry Taylor.
