Lecturer Ryukyu University, Japan, 1960-1966. With Fujitsu Ltd., 1971-1989, Electronics Industries Association of Japan, since 1990. Special executive advisor activity promotion committee Japanese Standards Association, since 1995.

Vice president International Electrotech. Commission, 1994-2000.
