Ryuta Komine studied at Junior College Course of Tokyo University of Commerce and graduated from it in 1929.
Career
Ryuta Komine served as department and section chief of various companies affiliated with Nomura Company and later as director of various companies affiliated with Riken (Physico-chemical Research Institute). During the war he was appointed councilor of Industrial Machinery Control Association. After the war Ryuta was elected three times to House of Representatives.
