This firm was founded in 1907 by Thomas J. Williams, who was joined in 1938 by South. Thomas Martin and in 1954 by Cecil West. Taylor, when the partnership of Williams, Martin & Taylor was formed. In 1986, after the deaths of Messrs.
Williams and Martin and the addition of Edgar J. T. Perrow, the firm became Martin, Taylor & Perrow. From its inception the partnership has concentrated its practice on banking, corporate and commercial law, including bank representation, real estate law and representation of clients engaged in the timber, lumber and building materials industry.
