Sabbam Hari is from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He is a B.Com graduate from Mrs.AVN College. He moved Number Confidence Motion in parliament against his party ruling government, but to no avail.
He actively participated in Samaikyandhra Movement and got expelled including 6 other Member of Parliament"s from Congress Party.
Jai Samaikyandhra Party candidate Sabbam Hari quits from Visakha Lok Sabha fray Political manipulator and not trusted by both congress and ysrcongress when he asked to resign and contest again. Stuck to Member of Parliament position as a political broker,waited for final dismissal by Ysr congress, after which had to go into political hibernation.
