She was also awarded as the VOW Top 10 College Women Competition. During her tenure as Mission Nepal 2010 she was appointed as the Young Conservation Ambassador for World Wildlife Fund, where she was part of the Green Hiker-Green Planet program She is the Goodwill Ambassador of Nepal Tourism Year 2011.
Mission Sadichha has traveled in the Middle East region for the promotion of Nepal Tourism Year.
Sadichha completed her Salt Lake City from North.K. Singh Memorial EPS Secondary School, Baneshwor, Nepal in 2064 Bachelor of Surgery
