He was Modern Language Association for 5 consecutive times of Delhi legistative assembly.He represented twicely Yamuna Vihar and thricely Ghonda constituencies in delhi assembly. He lost to Sh. Active in politics since 1980, President, Ghonda Zone, B.J.P from 1981 to 1987, Secretary, Shahadara Distt., from 1988 to 1991, Was general Secretary East Delhi, Distt in 1991-1993, Vice-President, East Distt., Delhi.
