After 1917 February Revol member, Dagh Socialist Group. From May 1918 member, Dagh Oblast Military-Revol Committee, member, Dagh Oblast Soviet, chairman, Terek People's Soviet and ed, newspaper Revolyutsionnyy gorets. Organizer and comissar of an international detachment in Terek area.
From February 1919 member, Dagh Oblast Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee. 1920-1921 chairman, Dagh Revol Committee, member, North Caucasian Revol Committee, member, Revol Soviet of Southeast Russian Labor Army. 1921-1937 Dagh People's Commissar of Education and Finance, Deputy People's Commissar of Finance of Transcaucasian SFSR and deputy head, Transcaucasian Water Management Board.
Also research and lit work. Pioneer of Soviet Lakian literature Translated into Lakian Lermontov’s verse and Krylov’s fables, et cetera
