After graduate distr physician and Party worker in village Akhty, Dag Soviet Socialist Republic, then Dag People's Commissar of Health. 1931-1934 director, Baku Centr Municipal Polyclinic. From 1934 director, Azcr Research Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, which became a center for the production of bacterial preparations.
Foundcr-director, Dag Anti-Plague Station, Baku. 1941 obtained culture of tularemia bacteria from rodents. During World War 2 head, Epidemiology Service.
46th Army, which he accompanied through Rumania, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Austria and Czechoslovakia. 1942 defended candidate thesis on fungus diseases. After war worked at Chair of Epidemiology, Azer State Medical Institute and Institute of Postgraduate Medical Training.
Founded special section at Medical Institute for the publ of medical lit in Azerbaydzhani. Toward end of life head, Department of Dangerous Infectious Diseases, Azer Republic SanitaryEpidemiological Station. 1957 defended doctor’s thesis on endemic typhus in Baku.
Wrote over 60 works.
