Career
Early Salkhan was born in a village Karandih at the outskirts of Jamshedpur city of East Singhbhum District of Jharkhand. After passing the high school from Saint Xavier"s High School Lupungutu, Chaibasa he moved to Ranchi University where he did his Master of Commerce. He also holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from Rourkela Law College.
He has worked in various fields such as Life Insurance Corporation of India: LIC, MMTC Limited and TATA STEEL.
