Fallon was born on June 22, 1948 in Santa Monica, California, United States; the daughter of Harry Herman Wetzel and Margaret Kirkpatrick Wetzel.

Education

Fallon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Stanford University in 1970. Two years later she earned her Master of Arts degree in English from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Career

Fallon has been a president of Weston A. Price Foundation since 1999. Also she is a founder of a Campaign for Real Milk. Sally is a president of NewTrends Publishing, which publishes books on diet and health, including books in the Nourishing Traditions series. Fallon is the leading spokesperson for a return to nutrient-dense diets including raw milk, animal fats, organ meats, bone broths and lacto-fermented foods.

Achievements

  • Fallon and her husband Geoffrey Morell, in 2009, purchased P. A. Bowen Farmstead, where they produce award-winning artisan raw milk cheese, woodlands pork, and pastured eggs and poultry.
