Professor of political economy, civil and penal procedure, and administrative law in the National School of Jurisprudence. During the years 1908-1923 occupied various posts in the federal judiciary. Later occupied important positions in the Secretariat of Finance, including those of Assistant Secretary and, during three months, of Secretary ad interim.
Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice since 1923. Delegate of the Mexican Government to the Sixth Pan-American Conference of Havana, 1928.
Member since 1923, and president, supreme court of justice. Member Academy Mexicana de Legislación y Jurisprudencia, Centro Atlético. Member Academy Española.
