3)Persistent Systems, a leader in outsourced product development, provides software services to enterprise and ISV customers. Persistent grew ~400% during 2004 and 2009 and had a successful IPO early 2010.
4)Comverse Inc, a world leader in mobile messaging and telecom VAS, was pioneer in voice enabled VAS platform.

1)mSauda: Samir founded the venture, built strong team, partnered with top 3 consumer electronics OEMs, top 3 smartphone OEMs, top 2 digital camera OEMs and top 5 white goods OEMs. In addition, partnered with 50+ large corporates, 30+ large institutes that reduced the marketing and customer acquisition cost significantly.
2)MobiPrimo Technologies: Samir founded the venture, led strategy, product management, operations and monetization across the strategic consulting and consumer product offerings TextUp and fbData. Red Herring recognized MobiPrimo as top 100 Asian companies in 2011. PubMatic Inc, a leading real time bidding platform for digital advertisers, acquired MobiPrimo.
3)Persistent Systems: Samir, as head of operations was instrumental in incubation and growth of Telecom Business, started in early 2005, the business unit became the largest business for the company.
Samir incubated Mobility business unit in late 2007, and as head of business grew it to multi-million dollar business in couple of years. Helped number of Carriers, OEMs, Mobile Platform Providers as well as ISVs in defining their product, service, and monetization strategy for target demography of user base. Helped customers launched their mobility services for enterprises, consumers using carrier, OEM, direct-to-consumers distribution strategies. Helped customers launch newer monetization model, diversify product portfolio that utilizes emerging technology, monetization trends.
4)Comverse Inc: Samir worked with W3C standards body in defining VoiceXML specifications, helped Comverse in deploying VoiceXML based VAS platform and applications to major Tier 1 telecom carriers across the globe. Samir was co-inventor for 2 patents in VoiceXML domain.
