Samuel attended Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, Allen Hancock College, and got there his A.A. At Temple University, he got M.F.A., in 1983.
Career
In 1987, Samuel worked as a writer at Los Angeles Theatre Center, in Los Angeles, California. Since 1987, he had been a member at Latino Theatre Lab.
