Career

Chairman, Hygiene Commission, and Presidium member, Learated Medicine Council, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Ministry of Health. Board member, All-Union and Moscow Science Hygiene Society. Chairman, Commission for Determining Maximum Permissible Concentrations of Polluting Substances in Reservoirs, USSR Main State Sanitary Inspectorate.

Deputy Editor, journal “Gigiena i sanitariya” (Hygiene and Sanitation). CoEd., “Hygiene” section, “Bolshaya meditsinskaya entsiklopediya” (Large Medical Encyclopedia), 2nd edition. 1922-1930 sanitary doctor in Lenin, then Bronnitsy Uezd, Moscow Oblast.

1930-1936 associate, Moscow Obukh Institute, then Erisman Sanitary Research Institute. Simultaneously supervised courses on communal hygiene at Centr, Postgraduate Medicine Institute, Moscow. 1936-1938 lecturer,Department of Communal Hygiene, Moscow Medicine Institute.
