Background
Dr.S.Samundi Sankari was born in a small village called Nellikuppam in Cuddalore, a district in Tamil Nadu State. She was born on 15th December 1949 to Mr Kuppusamy, a compounder (Nursing assistant) during the British rule. She was mentored by her Father's younger brother Mr Seetharaman to pursue Medicine and serve the people. She was highly focused in her studies and she got 2 double promotions in the school years. She achieved her dream of getting into Medical College and continued her journey in the medical field. She earned MBBS, MD, DGO, DA, DOL, FICOG qualifications and was recognized as the Best Distinguished Physician by the Doctors Association in Orlando, United States.
