Education

Sandeep graduated as Bachelor of Commerce That year he started his Master of Business Administration one-year program at European Institute of Business Administration (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires) in Fontainebleau, France. The company was sold in 1985 and soon after, in parallel with applying for the Master of Business Administration program at European Institute of Business Administration (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires), he started Green Food with a business friend.

Career

Limited. Singapore. Sandeep is also Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board for Vivaldi Partners Group and advisor to Chairmen and Chief Executive Officer’s of global corporations. Sandeep is a speaker at Business Schools and conferences about Human Asset Management. Sandeep Sander, born from an Indian father, Satinath Mukherji (a scientist who started his career at Novo, now Novo-Nordisk) and a Danish mother, Ida Wolff Sander, lived his childhood in Jyllinge, Denmark, except for two years in Malmoe, Sweden.

In Jyllinge, he got into sailing when he was 10 years old.

After high school he started studying at Copenhagen Business School, studying part-time and working full-time at Butik Ole, started by Ole Hendriksen, who was also volunteer leader in Jyllinge Sailing Club. in Management Accounting in 1980 and B.com in Financial Management in 1981. After working in some mid-sized organizations he started his first company in 1983 (age 25) and sold it in 1985.

In 1983 Sandeep started Sander Inter Trade that soon after became SIT Water Systems. After living in France for two years and finishing the European Institute of Business Administration (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires) Master of Business Administration, he was hired in Skandinavisk Holding and worked on acquisitions and strategy development until 1988.

In 1989 Green Food was sold and Sander & Company started working with another consulting company and servicing international corporations like Egmont.

Sander & Company later on became SanderMan. In partnership with a global Information Technology-firm SanderMan gained clients like Cr Suisse and Canon. In 1999 the Headquarters was moved to Cobham, near London.

In 2002 SanderMan was sold and in 2003 Sandeep moved back to Denmark.

Sandeep is also contributor to the Danish version of ‘Global Strategy’. George Yip, Systime in 1994 as well as contributor book ‘Brand Leadership: Building Assets in an Information Economy’.

In February 2015 he was invited to join "Innovation for Jobs" Summit (i4J) at Google"s Headquarters to discuss future solutions. His contributions are included in the films "What is the Future of meaningful work" and "What is Employability?"

Sandeep is also advisor to The Consoritum for Global Talent.

Sandeep Sander has also been Chairman for a number of corporations including Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers hotel and Copenhagen Towers business centre, a real estate company.

Crowne Plaza became the first Carbon dioxide neutral hotel building in Northern Europe, ready just before COP15, a Global Climate Conference in Copenhagen. In 2013 Sandeep became Chief Executive Officer of SanderMan Private (soldier) Limited. Singapore. In September 2013 he was an expert speaker on Competence Development and Human Asset Management at the National Conference on Skill Development, Gujarat, India.

He has also is a researcher in the area of Human Asset Management.
