Education
Justice Sandra Chapnik received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1962 and a Secondary School Teacher’s certificate from the Ontario College of in 1963. She attended Osgoode Hall Law School and received an Bachelor of Laws degree in 1976 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1978. From 1982 to 1986, she practiced civil litigation, family and entertainment law.
She served as a Rent Review Commissioner and as a Vice-Chair of the Workers" Compensation Appeals Tribunal and a member of the Pension Appeals Board of Canada (since 2007).
