Sandra Prosper is a Haitian-American actress, best known for her portrayal of Sheila Morris, married to San Francisco police lieutenant Darryl Morris, in the television series Charmed.
Career
She had guest appearances in Soul Food, Computer Society of India: Miami and Emergency, and a small recurring role in First Monday (2002).
