She was brought up in Sarajevo, Social Research Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her first album, Ko Je Ta, was released in 1987 by Diskoton. During the Yugoslav Wars (1991-1995) she relocated to Belgrade, Serbia, where she continued her music career.
Her breakthrough came in 2003.
Her 2008 album was produced by Viki Miljković"s husband Predrag Tasković-Taske. She took a four-year break between 2008 and 2013.
Her most famous and popular songs are: Mutivoda (the best song), Sanja (from her 2003 album), Za Inat Rodjena, Poruci Pesmu sa imenom mojim, and Ti zaplakaces na mojoj strani kreveta. Đorđević also speaks French.
