He is son of Chaudhary Narayan Singh Ex Deputy Master in Surgery of Uttar Pradesh. He graduated with Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws Educated at South Dakot Degree College and Doctorate.A.V. Degree College, Muzaffar Nagar and Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.
