Dr. Sarang Bani has 37 years of research experience in the field of Experimental Pharmacology, Inflammation and allied disorders, metabolic disorders, cosmeceuticals, and toxicology. He has authored 150 peer-reviewed National and International publications on plant products/molecules. He has been a part of 80+ patents and has co-authored books, monographs, and reviews. He has given 60 presentations in National and International Symposiums.
Education
Sarang studied at University Jammu. In 1977 he became a Bachelor of Science. In two years he became a Master of Science. In 1994 he became a Doctor of Philosophy.
Career
Scientist Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu, from 1983 to 2010.
Vice-President R&D at Sami labs limited, Bangalore from 2010 to 2017.
Senior advisor R&D, Sami Labs Limited, Bangalore from 2017 till date.
