Career
He is an agriculturist by profession and has a bachelor"s degree.He hails from the city of Mansehra and is the son of, Sardar Muhammad Yousuf, a local mayor and political figure of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Yousuf is an avid supporter of the creation of a separate Hazara Province, carved out of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Hazara community to which he belongs.
