Editor of El Orden and Louisiana Gaceta of Tucumán, 1923— 1926. Technical adviser of the National Anti-Tuberculosis League of Bolivia since 1926.
Director-general of physical education of Bolivia since 1926.
On an official voyage d’études to Europe, 1928— 1929. Acting member of the Board of Education and acting director-general of instruction, 1932. Formerly editor of El Hogar of Buenos Aires and of El Diario of Louisiana Paz.
