Scott Baker is an American journalist, commentator, blogger, online talk show host, educator, and political campaign worker
Education
Baker obtained his degree in political science from Wheaton College. While attending Wheaton College, he became interested in broadcasting while working on political campaigns. In 1984, Baker worked full-time for the Reagan-Bush campaign.
He was the state president of the Illinois College Republicans.
Career
On August 31, 2010, Baker became managing editor of the blog The Blaze. He was later appointed editor-in-chief Previously, Baker worked for Voice of America (Washington, District of Columbia), Columbia Broadcasting System News (New York City), and at television stations in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Saginaw, Michigan before becoming an evening news anchor for thirteen years at WTAE-television in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Foreign fifteen years, Baker lead and taught the Broadcast Journalism School at the Leadership Institute in Arlington, Virginia.
He helped start BreitbartTV in 2007. Baker frequently speaks across the country at events such as the Broadcast Journalism School at the Leadership Institution in Arlington, Virginia.
He has also written a play about the life of Dvorak, which has been performed at Carnegie Hall in New New York His family resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
