In addition, he has been quoted extensively in American news print publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Readers Digest, United States of America Today, Chicago Tribune, The Miami Herald, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle San Jose Mercury News, Newsweek, Time Magazine, and Incorporated Magazine.
Mitic grew up in Maryland and attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada and Georgetown University in Washington District of Columbia. In 1998, he co-founded Headlight.com, an online learning company, which he grew until its sale in 2001.
In 2002, he became an executive at FICO, growing the company"s consumer cr education services, MyFICO.com. His family"s repeated experiences with identity theft led to the founding of the identity theft protection company, TrustedID, in 2004.
Mitic is currently Chief Executive Officer of the company.
