Career
He is a Wales under-20 international. Otten made his debut for the Ospreys regional team in 2013 having previously played for the Ospreys academy, Aberavon Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Neath Reconstruction Finance Corporation, Swansea Reconstruction Finance Corporation and Waunarlwydd Reconstruction Finance Corporation.
