Since 1960 the firm has focused its attention on creditor rights, initially concentrating on local banks and retailers. Since 1974, with John Hasenmiller serving in the capacity of Managing Partner, the firm has expanded the scope of practice in all respects, including size of staff, number of cases and clients and areas of expertise. At present, the firm supports a staff of 9 attorneys and 65 support personnel including investigators, legal assistants, bankruptcy specialists, medical specialists and administrative data processing and clerical staff.
The firm continues to represent clients in all creditor matters, both in a prelegal collection capacity and through suit, judgement and execution. In more recent years, we have expanded into the areas of commercial Litigation and we represent and counsel clients in a wide range of issues arising from the various types of cases, including defense representation. The firm is well equipped and actively seeking cases involving any creditor issue, be that for traditional collection activity, recovery of property or adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy matters, preference litigation, commercial loan work-outs and general commercial litigation.
