Scott Rayow, sometimes credited as Scottie Ray, is an American voice actor who normally voices characters for properties of Walt Disney Pictures, 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media and NYAV Post.
Career
He is best known for voicing Zane Truesdale in GX and the The Shredder in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
