Career
Kavanagh made his first team debut for Fulham in a 0–1 home loss on 20 August 2014 against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Craven Cottage. After an impressive breakthrough season, Kavanagh signed a new deal keeping him tied down with Fulham until 2018. Kavanagh signed on loan for Mansfield Town in League Two on 23 January 2016 until the end of the season.
