Sean Sheehy

Career

In 1962 Sheehy captained the team to the All-Ireland title. Sheehy"s brothers Niall and Paudie also played with Kerry while his father, John Joe Sheehy, also captained Kerry to All-Ireland glory.

Achievements

• During that time he has won one All-Ireland winners" medal, two Leinster winners" medals and one National Football League winners" medal. At club level Sheehy won five consecutive county club championship winners" medals with John Mitchels.

Membership

Sheehy made his first appearance for the team during the 1962 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen for just two seasons.
