Sean Tissue was born in Detroit, Michigan,
Sean was inspired to get into real estate at a young age by an older cousin who was an active investor and developer In 2008, Sean seized on that dream and jumped at the opportunity to begin investing in property himself. Over the next 10 years, he grew his dream into Centureon Investments, which now has over 2500, transactions and over $300 million in completed investments in the Southeast and Midwest United States.
After completing high school, Sean Tissue got his chance to pursue his passion for real estate investing. He started during the height of the global financial crisis and he built up his capital by sourcing undervalued assets for others.
He then used this earned capital to begin buying and renovating properties and then leasing the properties he owned. He learned his craft on the job and took a hands-on approach to be able to learn as much about the industry as possible. With that experience, he was able to build a team of experienced industry professionals that has enabled Centureon Investments to become the powerhouse it is today.
As Sean continued to add depth to his expertise, he formalized his services into the founding of Centureon Investments. Centureon Investments experienced quick, sustained growth and was quickly completing thousands of apartment and single-family home acquisitions in Detroit, St. Louis, Atlanta, and Birmingham, Houston, Dallas, and Orlando.
Sean took Centureon Investments well beyond its roots of sourcing and providing access to high-yield, income-producing investment properties. He built Centureon Investments into a comprehensive, vertically integrated company that is there at every step of the process for investors and tenants alike.
Known for its extremely responsive customer service, Centureon Investments facilitates the full end-to-end real estate investment process for both U.S. and international investors. This process includes acquisitions, transaction management, due diligence, redevelopment, leasing, maintenance, accounting, property management, and dispositions.
As of 2020, Centureon Investments continues to expand and grow to include sophisticated individual investors, funds, and family offices as clients.
