Sebastian Garro y Sidrac was a Basque nobleman, Viscount of Zolina, Lord of Rocafort and Sidrac.

Born in Navarra. Garro was married to María Gongora, descendant of the Marquis de Góngora. Sebastián Garro was a possible descended of Pere Arnaut de Garro loyal man of king Charles II of Navarre.
