Career

Sebastian"s first race was in October 2014, at the age of 16, where he entered his first away race at Brands Hatch for the Formula Ford Festival. Currently racing in the Formula Ford 1600 series with the Graham Brunton Racing team (GBR), Sebastian finished the season 5th in the championship standings with 140 points. Looking into next season, Sebastian will be competing again in Formula Ford 1600s with the stakes even higher following the announcement that the competition will become one of the feeder competitions to the Mazda Road to Industry championship in America.

Achievements

• He is the current holder of the Scottish Motor Racing Club (SMRC) Formula Ford 1600 rising star award and is also the godson of 4 time IndyCar series champion and 3 time Industry 500 champion Dario Franchitti. He managed to progress to the final of the festival and achieved a top 20 finish and was the youngest driver to have achieved this. He was awarded the SMRC rising star award for Formula Ford 1600 as a result of this achievement as well as his professional approach away from the car.
