Career
Iju had a dojo in Osaka, Japan. The version of Gojūshiho kata practiced in Shōrin-ryū Shorinkan is credited to Iju and his lineage. The rest of Shōrin-ryū Shorinkan katas are derived from Chosin Chibana"s lineage.
