Seiji Sada was a Japanese printing technician. At his recommendation, Italian Edoardo Chiossone and German Bruck were employed to improve Japanese printing technique. Sada mastered Western technique under the two foreign experts and made it possible for the government to print bank notes and securities according to Western standard and quality.
