Saito, Seiji was born on June 8, 1933 in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Pref, Japan. Son of Eiji and Shimo (Ezure) Saito. came to the United States, 1961.


Bachelor of Fine Arts, Tokyo University Art. Master of Fine Arts, Tokyo University Art. Postgraduate, Brooklyn Museum Art School, 1968.
