Education
Seikan Tsuda practiced under Fukue Inoue at age of seven, and further polished his art under Shune Matsuzaka, also learning samisen music of Yanagawa school.
Career
Seikan Tsuda has been engaged in popularization of art of his profession. Has also been active in composing, Sayokinuta being one of his compositions. Elder among koto music circles in Kansai Area.
