Seinosuke Oishi went to the United States (1890) and studied medicine at Oregon University. After returning to his home town, he practiced medicine and then went to India (1899) to study tropical diseases at Bombay University.
Connections
After the Russo-Japanese War (1904 -1905), Seinosuke Oishi became a friend of Shusui Kotoku, Kosen Sakai and other socialists and anarchists.
