Education
Seizaburo Tsukamoto graduated from Makabe Agricultural School in 1911.
Career
At the beginning, entered Tsukamoto Store, and in 1922 became president of the same store and later reorganized it into a joint-stock company. Appointed vice-president of Ichikawa Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 1949.
