DERYABINA, Serafima was born in 1888 in Yekaterinburg.

Career

1907 secretary, Yekaterinburg Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Organisation Frequently arrested and exiled. Did Party work in Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, Tula, Saint St. Petersburg and Samara;1913 took part in ’’summer” conference of Central Committee, Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party and Party workers.

1914 member, Executive Commission, Petrograd Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee. After 1917 February Revol member, Samara Province Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Committee and Samara Soviet. 1918 after capture of Samara by White Army arrested and sent to Siberia, whence she escaped.

March 1919 elected member, UralSiberian Bureau, Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) at 2nd All-Russian Conference of Underground Bolshevik Organisation Underground Party work in Urals, was arrested and freed after the Red Army occupied Yekaterinburg. Member, Organization(s) Bureau, Yekaterinburg Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee.

1919 elected member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee at 7th All-Russian Congress of Soviets.
