Career
He is the 2005 World Junior bronze medalist and the 2006 and 2007 Russian national bronze medalist. He moved from Lipetsk to Moscow at age 11 after being invited by coach Zhanna Gromova. He moved to Saint St. Petersburg in 2007 to train under Alexei Mishin.
He left Mishin in 2009 and began being coached by Victoria Volchkova.
