Sergei Tkachuk is a Belarusian scientist and economist, candidate of Economic Sciences, professor.
He participated in drafting laws on the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and banking, was a member of the editorial boards of three journals, scientific secretary of the University Council on thesis. He is currently a member of the scientific council of the problem in "Finance, monetary circulation, and credit."
