1915-1918 assistant professor, Moscow University. 1918-1921 assistant professor, Chair of Invertebrate Zoology, Saratov University. 1921-1924 associate, Parasitological Department, Saratov Microbe Institute.
Did research on parasitic amoebozoa, infusoria, trypanosomes and plaguetransmitting ectoparasites. Collected and published material on amoebozoic liver abscesses in manitoba Did research on amoebozoic hepatitis in amphibians which proved valuable for the comparative pathology of amoebiasis.
1921-1924 made valuable studies of trypanosomosis in camels and horses in southeastern Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. Also studied infusorial cysts. Initiated research on rodent ectoparasites as transmitters of plague to humans and animals.
Wrote several works.
