Education
1915 graduated Moscow University.
Career
1917-1924 geological research in Yenisey Basin, resulting in discovery of Tungus coalfield. 1926-1935 studied northeastern Siberia, including Indigirka and Kolyma Basins and Chukot Okrug. Worked out orography, gcomorphology and geological structure of northeastern Asia.
1937-1954 studied mountain ranges of Eastern Sayan, KhamarDaban and Eastern Tuva and geological and gcomorphology of diverse areas of the USSR.
Religion
There is no solid or tangible evidence for God nor a logical argument for God. The existence of God is taken on faith and not by evidence.
Views
Marxism–Leninism as the only truth could not, by its very nature, become outdated.
