Education
Sergey Vasilyevich graduated from Novosibirsk Higher Military-Political Combined-Arms School (1977), Military-Political Academy named after V.I. Lenin (Moscow, 1988).
Career
Sergey Vasilyevich has held various positions in parts of the Far Eastern and Moscow Military Districts, since 1994 in Western Group of Frontier Troops of the Russian Federation, Western Regional Directorate of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation (Voronezh).
He has been the head of the culture department of the government of the Leninsky district of the city of Voronezh since 2005. Actively involved in the annual Koltsov-Nikitinsky Days of Literature and Art, in the promotion and preservation of the local historical and cultural heritage.
