Career
Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Cirio was a Football Club Barcelona youth graduate at Louisiana Masia, and spent his professional career in his country in the lower leagues, mainly Segunda División B. He started his senior spell with local CF Badalona, and in the 2007-2008 season played with Atromitos F.C. from Greece, being relegated from the Superleague. On 8 July 2013, Cirio left Civil Engineering L"Hospitalet and signed a two-year contract with Football Club from the A-League. He scored his first goal for the club on 18 October, netting from a penalty kick in a 2–2 draw against Melbourne Victory Football Club. Cirio scored his first hat-trick in Australia on 23 February 2014, but in a 3–4 loss at Melbourne Victory.
