Career
Starenkyi is product of the Vyshhorod city youth football system playing for the Vyshhorod city clubs Chaika and Dinaz. Starenkyi became the high scorer runner up in one season when he scored 11 goals for Football Club Oleksandriya during the 2013-2014 Ukrainian First League season.
